Christmas Gift Bag

Hello Friends,
I have another Christmas project to share with you created with the beautiful Creative Expressions Craft Dies designed by Sue Wilson. This collection of Christmas dies is called Festive Collection. For this Christmas gift bag I used Vintage Bauble, this die set is just gorgeous, so intricate and detailed. 

These are the Craft Dies by Sue Wilson I used to create this project:

           


         



I started by covering the bag front panel with designer paper. I die cut the Vintage Baubles with gold metallic cardstock and the background with designer paper. I glued both pieces together and adhered to front of bag with foam squares.
I die cut the corner and small frame in the Vintage Bauble set and adhered to bag as shown. I stamped sentiment with black ink onto creme cardstock. I traced around sentiment using the small frame, I then cut, inked edges with distress ink and glued to frame.
The bag topper was die cut with Hollywood and gold metallic cardstock and then glued to designer paper. I creased in the middle with a scoring board, then folded and glued to bag.
The bow was die cut with Classic 3D Bow and Lattice 3D Bow and then glued to bag.

Christmas Gift Box

Hello Friends,
Today I have a Christmas Gift Box to show you, created with the beautiful Creative Expressions Craft Dies designed by Sue Wilson. This collection of Christmas dies is called Festive Collection. I absolutely love these dies, they are elegant and beautifully detailed.

These are the Craft Dies by Sue Wilson used to make the Christmas Gift Box:

             

          

Instructions:

1. To make the 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" box base, cut one 14 1/2" x 8" piece of cream cardstock.

    Score the long side at 1/2", 4", 7 1/2" and 11".

    Score the short side at 4 1/2".

2. Cut in to the score line to make the bottom flaps of the box and side 1/2" seam. 

     Fold along the scored lines, glue the side seam in and bottom flaps to form box base.

3. For the lid, cut one 5 5/8" x 5 5/8" piece of cream cardstock. 

    Score at 1" along all 4 sides

4. Cut each corner up to the scored line as pictured below. 

    Fold and adhere all 4 tabs to form the box lid.

5. Using designer paper, cut four 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" pieces. Adhere to all 4 sides of box base. 

6. Using Framed Noel die, cut 4 pieces with cream cardstock. Adhere to all 4 sides of box.

7. Using designer paper, cut four 3 3/8" x 7/8" pieces. Adhere to all 4 sides of lid. 

    Cut one 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" piece and adhere to top of box lid. 

8. To make the flower, die cut the petals using Classic Poinsettia for the bottom layer and Mosaic Poinsettia for the top layer. Glue layers together, shape petals and adhere together with foam squares to form flower. 

9. Die cut leaves using Holly Accessory Kit and Holly Sprays sets. Glue leaves under Poinsettia and adhere to box lid. Embellish berries with Stickles.

Project Instructions:

To make a Stair Step  Fold Card base follow instructions HERE. Cover panels using Festive Christmas Paper Collection. For the back panel, use one of the Christmas squares from the paper collection, mat with kraft cardstock, stamp sentiment from the Holly Berry stamp set with black ink and then adhere panel to the back stair step of card.

Stamp Holly Berry leaves with black ink on white paper and die cut with coordinating die from the  Ornamental Add On die set. Die cut 2 decorative lattice pieces from the same die set. Adhere leaves and lattice pieces to card as shown.

Stamp Christmas Poinsettias with black ink on white cardstock and die cut with coordinating Sun Kissed Fleur die. Color flowers with Distress ink, shape and adhere to card on top of leaves. Embellish center of flowers with red pearls.

Using Luggage and Tags die, die cut several of the tags and tickets from the paper collection. Adhere to card using foam squares. Cut small square images from the paper collection, mat with kraft cardstock and adhere to front of card as pictured.

JustRite Papercraft July Release - Merry Wishes Vintage Labels Seven

Hello Friends!
Welcome to Day Nine of the JustRite Papercraft July Release. I've been having so much fun playing with all the new gorgeous stamp sets and dies. For my card today I used Merry Wishes Vintage Labels Seven Cling Stamps and Holly Swirls Background Stamp. I also used Vintage Labels Seven Dies.

 

       


I started by making a 5" x 5" card base in natural white cardstock. I cut a smaller layer in red cardstock and adhered to card base.
I stamped Holly Swirls Background Stamp on white cardstock with green ink. I cut the background in squares to make a grid and adhered them to card.
The label and sentiment from Merry Wishes Vintage Labels Seven Cling Stamps were stamped with green ink and die cut with coordinating die from Vintage Labels Seven Dies.
The flowers were stamped with Festive Poinsettia Clear Stamps and die cut with Spellbinders Layered Poinsettia Dies. I used Spellbinders Corner Sprigs dies to cut the swirls under the flowers.

JustRite Papercraft July Release - Christmas Vintage Labels Seven

Hello Friends,
Welcome to Day Seven of the JustRite Papercraft July Release. Today I'm showcasing 2 beautiful sets that go well together, Christmas Vintage Labels Seven Clear Stamps and Ribbons of Holly Cling Background Stamp.

Instructions:

1. Make a 6 1/4" x 5" card base with natural white cardstock. Cut a smaller layer in red cardstock and adhere to card.
2. Stamp Ribbons of Holly Cling Background Stamp on natural white cardstock with green ink. Color with distress inks, distress edges and adhere to card.
3. Stamp label from the set Christmas Vintage Labels Seven Clear Stamps, die cut with coordinating die from Vintage Labels Seven Dies. Stamp sentiment in black ink.
4. Die cut 2 of the largest die from Vintage Filigree Layer Dies in red cardstock and glue behind label. Adhere label to card using foam squares.
5. Stamp flowers and leaves with Festive Poinsettia Clear Stamps on natural white cardstock with red ink. Die cut with coordinating dies from Spellbinders Layered Poinsettia Dies. Color edges with distress ink, shape and attach to card with foam squares. Embellish centers of flowers with red rhinestones.
6. Use red seam binding ribbon to make the bow.

JustRite Papercraft June Release - Applique Christmas Clear Stamps

Hello Friends!
Welcome to Day Six of the JustRite Papercraft June Release. Today we are releasing Applique Christmas Labels One Clear Stamps, SVG Applique Christmas Labels One, Quilted Blocks Cling Background Stamp and Holly Stitched Cling Background Stamp. For my card I decided to use the beautiful new Christmas sets.

 

 

 

 

    

       

 

 

Just a quick reminder that JustRite is having a Spectrum Noir Sale and it ends Monday June 9th.

 

 

 

 

 Instructions:

 

To make the card base, I die cut 2 of the largest die from Fanciful Lattice with pearl metallic cardstock. I glued both pieces at the top. I also die cut the smallest die for the sentiment which was stamped with black ink.

I stamped Holly Stitched Cling Background Stamp with Versamark on white cardstock and heat embossed with white detailed embossing powder. I colored the background using distress inks and Spectrum Noir Markers.

For the flowers and leaves I used Applique Christmas Labels One Clear Stamps and the coordinating SVG Applique Christmas Labels One. They were also stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with white detailed embossing powder. I colored them with distress inks and Spectrum Noir Markers. I embellished the flower centers with pearls and made a bow with silk ribbon. The sentiment was adhered to card with foam squares.

I used the Envelope Punch Board to make the envelope. I added a few flowers and a die cut from Fanciful Lattice.

JustRite Papercraft June Release - Christmas Stitched With Love Vintage Labels Seven

Hello Friends!
Welcome to Day Five of the JustRite Papercraft June Release. Today we are showcasing a beautiful Christmas set called Christmas Stitched with Love Vintage Labels Seven Clear Stamps. I am also using Sculpted Leaves Background Cling Stamp which was released yesterday.

 

 

 

       

 

 

 

My card base is 5" x 6 1/4" in natural white cardstock. I stamped Sculpted Leaves Background Cling Stamp on natural white cardstock with black ink, colored with Spectrum Noir Markers and adhered to card base. The cute angel from Christmas Stitched with Love Vintage Labels Seven Clear Stamps was also stamped in black, fussy cut and colored with Spectrum Noir Markers. The label under the angel was die cut withVintage Labels Seven Dies and attached to card with foam squares. 

I glued pearls to the border of the card and made a bow with silk ribbon.

JustRite Papercraft June Release - Ornament Cling Background Stamp

Hello Friends!
Welcome to Day Four of the JustRite Papercraft June Release. Today we are introducing Elegant Christmas Swirls Clear Stamp, Ornament Cling Background Stamp and Heirloom Flourish Two Die. These sets are just beautiful and I decided to use all 3 sets for my card and a sneak peak on Snow Days Cling Background Stamp which will be released on Sunday.

          

 

My card base is 5 1/2" x 7' in red cardstock. The next layer was stamped using Snow Days Cling Background Stamp with Stormy Sky Distress Ink on white cardstock.

The Ornament Cling Background Stamp was stamped with Versamark, heat embossed with copper embossing powder and colored with Spectrum Noir Markers.

The sentiment from Elegant Christmas Swirls Clear Stamp was stamped with black ink and die cut with Vintage Labels Seven Dies and adhered to card with foam squares.

I die cut Heirloom Flourish Two Die with white cardstock and glued under flowers.

The poinsettias were stamped with Festive Poinsettia Clear Stamps and die cut with coordinating Spellbinders Layered Poinsettia dies.

Spellbinders Vintage Lace Accents and Motifs Dies, Neenah Papers Natural White Cardstock, Ranger Distress Ink Pads, White Pearls, Foam Squares, Stickles.

Instructions:

Cut natural white cardstock to 10” x 7”, fold in half to make a 5” x 7” base card. Cut Frosty Blanket Paper to 4 ¾” x 6 ¾” and adhere to card. Cut another piece  to 3 ¾” x 4 ¾” and adhere to center of card base.

Die cut Vintage Lace Accents borders and glue to card. Die cut Vintage Lace Motifs doily and adhere to center of card.

Stamp Merry Christmas circle sentiment with brown ink on natural white cardstock, die cut with Standard Circle and adhere to doily.

Stamp Christmas Poinsettia flowers with brown ink on natural white cardstock. Die cut with Sun Kissed Fleur die, color flowers with distress inks and layer to form flowers. Embellish with pearls.

Stamp Holly Berry leaves, die cut with coordinating Ornamental Add On die and color with distress ink.

Adhere poinsettias and holly berries on card as pictured.

Instructions:

Using pearl metallic cardstock follow instructions on how to make a Center Step Card HERE. Using Frosty Blanket Paper Collection, cut panels to cover card base.

Using Banners and Trees Die set, die cut Christmas tree 5 times with pearl metallic cardstock. Fold trees in half and glue together.  Adhere to center of card.

Stamp Christmas Poinsettia on natural white cardstock with brown ink and die cut with Sun Kissed Fleur die. Color with distress inks, shape flowers and layer to form flowers. Embellish with pearls in the center of each flower and adhere to card. Stamp Holly Berry and die cut with coordinating die from Ornamental Add On die set. Adhere to card under flowers.

Other Supplies:

Spellbinders Labels Four and Labels Four Small, Pearl Metallic Cardstock, Neenah Natural White Cardstock, Ranger Distress Inks, Memento Tuxedo Black Inks, Pearls,  Adhesive Foam Squares.

Instructions:

Cut a  8 ½” x 5 ½” piece of cardstock using Christmas Cards Paper Collection. Fold in half to make a 5 ½” x 4 ¼” card base. Cut Christmas Card panel and adhere to card front.

Cut another  8 ½” x 5 ½”  piece of cardstock for the inside of card using Christmas Cards Paper Collection, score at 2 1/8”, 4 ¼”, and 6 3/8”. Using Spellbinders largest Labels Four die, die cut oval in the middle of the cardstock to make the window. Using metallic cardstock, cut a 5 ½ x 4 ¼” piece, die cut oval in the center with Spellbinders largest Labels Four Small die. Tape this behind the window of the inside cardstock to create a frame. Fold accordion style as pictured.

To make ornament, die cut 6 decorative lattice pieces from the Ornamental Add On Die. Fold in half and glue together to form ornament. Tie a ribbon on top or ornament and attach to center of window. Attach inside piece to card base by taping the sides only.

Stamp Sun Kissed Fleur flowers and Holly Berry leaves, die cut with coordinating dies. Color with distress inks, shape and layer on card front and also inside of card. Embellish with pearls.
