Hello Friends!

Be sure to visit the JustRite Papercraft Blog for more information on this challenge and how to participate and have a chance to win fabulous JustRite products!!

For my tag I used one of my favorite sets in the JustRite Papercraft July Release With Gratitude Labels One and coordinating JustRite Custom Dies Antique Labels One Dies. I love both sets!!

Welcome to Justrite Stampers | Free card making idea with supply lists, scrapbooking and craft ideas with rubber stamps, clear stamps and cling stamps | Secure ordering online. | Ships in 24 hours.     Spellbinders Nestabilities are paper cutting and embossing dies sold in sets They create paper shapes at 1/4th and 1/8th inch increments that help create cards and scrapbooking pages with stunning visual effects. They are universal and work in most die cu

I started by cutting the base for the tag and punched the borders using French Scroll by Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page Punch Set.

Then I cut another rectangle smaller than the base and embossed it using M-Bossabilities Elegance by Spellbinders. I added some color to the embossed areas using distress inks and adhered to tag base.

I stamped the images in black ink on beige cardstock and colored with Copic markers and then die cut with coordinating dies. Next, I adhered the images to card base using foam squares.

Embellish tag with flowers, leaves and pearls. The bow was made using silk ribbons from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

Embossed Christmas Tags

Hello friends! Today, I have these Christmas tags to share with you using Spellbinders die templates, 2011 Heirloom Ornament ,  2010 Heirloom Ornament ,  Standard Circles Small , and Classic Ovals Small
The flowers were die cut with the flower dies from the set Hexagon Petal Envelope by Spellbinders. The card stock was embossed with Flower Delight Grand Impressabilities template.

Start by die cutting the ornaments on cream card stock as the picture below shows. Make sure to use removable tape to hold dies in place with cut side down on the cutting plate. Run through the Grand Calibur die cutting machine.

Emboss cut ornaments using Flower Delight Grand Impressabilities template. See picture below.

Ink embossed ornaments with Tim Holtz Distress Inks, Evergreen Bough, Festive Berries, and Vintage Photo. Ink embossed areas lightly using a foam applicator, this process will highlight the embossed area. You can also ink the back of the ornaments.

I used photos for the centers which I layered  between the embossed front and back ornament piece. I also rubber stamped some of the centers with JustRite Stampers rubbers stamps, Merry and Bright and Christmas Mini Sentiments Set. Glue pieces together and punch a small hole for ribbon.

The flowers were die cut with Hexagon Petal Envelope flower dies. The pieces were layered and glued together with foam tape for extra dimension. You can see my tutorial on how to make these flowers on this link:  Hexagon Petal Envelope and Basket Ensemble.
The scrolls and leaves were die cut with Floral Flourishes by Spellbinders.

Christmas Hexagon Petal Box with Gift Tags

Hello Friends!
Here is another box to keep your Christmas tags organized. I made this project for JustRite Friday Challenge # 063 Christmas.

This box is made with "Hexagon Petal Envelope" and "2010 Heirloom Ornament" die templates from Spellbinders. The cling rubber stamps are from JustRite, I used two sets, "Deck the Halls" and "Merry and Bright".
To learn how to make the Hexagon Petal Box, click on this link "Hexagon Petal Envelope and Basket Ensemble" for a complete tutorial.

For the box, I rubber stamped and die cut 12 of the large ornament and 6 of the small ornament. Notice that I also glued the ornaments to the inside of the box. I used gold embossing powder to stamp the ornaments and I colored them with Copic markers.

The gift tags were made the same way as the ornaments on the box. I used a 1 and a half inch circle punch to cut the pictures. I prefer pictures rather than writing the names on the gift tags. This is great for kids that can not read their names yet, they see their picture and they know the present is theirs!
