Tonic Studios - Happy Anniversary Card

Hello Friends!

Today I have another card to share with you created with Tonic's gorgeous die sets called Fanciful Florals for the borders and Beautiful Blooms for the flowers.

Instructions:

1. Create a 6” x 6” card base from white cardstock. Cover card front with 3 layers of designer cardstock.

2. Cut a 5 ½” x 2 ½” piece of designer cardstock, adhere to center of card.

3. Die cut Happy Anniversary from white cardstock. Glue sentiment to center of card using Funky Glue Pen.

4. Die cut Fanciful Floral strips from white cardstock. Glue to sentiment panel as pictured.

5. Die cut multiple flowers and leaves using Beautiful Blooms from white Foamiran. Color with chalk ink, shape with Floral Crafters tool set and then glue to card. Embellish center of flowers with Nuvo Jewel Drops.

6. Create bow with white silk ribbon and glue under flower.

Tonic Studios - On Your Big Day Card

Hello Friends! I had a great time making this card using Nuvo Aqua Flow pens and Nuvo water brush. The colors are bright and blend beautifully with a little water from the water brush. The flowers, leaves and frame were die cut with Tonic’s beautiful dies.

Other Supplies: White cardstock, foam squares, Versamark embossing ink, black ink pad, Ranger Distress Inks, heat gun.

Instructions:

1. Die cut card base using Swirling Frame layering die set from white cardstock.

2. Die cut a smaller piece from watercolor cardstock for the background. Stamp Vine Flourish with Tim Holtz Stamp Platform, Versamark and Nuvo white embossing powder and then heat set.

3. Color background with Nuvo Aqua Flow pens and Nuvo water brushes. Dry with heat gun and adhere to card base with Funky Glue pen.

4. Stamp Henna Tag with Versamark and Nuvo white embossing powder and then heat set. Color with Nuvo Aqua Flow pens and Nuvo water brushes. Stamp sentiment with black ink. Die cut Henna tag with oval die and adhere to center of card using foam squares.

5. Die cut flowers and leaves using Beautiful Blooms Woodland Aster die set from white cardstock. Color with distress inks, shape with Floral Crafters tool set and then adhere to card as pictured. Embellish center of flowers with Nuvo Crystal Drops.

Tonic Studios - Jasmine Sunset Card

Hello Friends! I had so much fun making this card. Coloring the stamped images with Nuvo Brush Script pens was so relaxing, these markers are water based which means they work great with a water brush and the blending is really easy to accomplish. You need to use watercolor cardstock for best results.

Instructions:

1. Create a 5 ½” x 5 ½” card base from beige cardstock.

2. Die cut decorative frame with Jasmine Sunset die set from black and beige cardstock. Glue both pieces together with Funky Glue Pen and then adhere to card base.

3. Die cut a smaller panel with Jasmine Sunset die set from watercolor cardstock.

4. Using Tim Holtz Stamp Platform, stamp Floral Flourish on panel with black ink several times to create background.

5. Color stamped images with Nuvo Brush Script Pens and a water brush and then adhere to card front.

6. Die cut Hello sentiment from black and beige cardstock. Layer together and adhere to card with foam squares.

Tonic Studios - Let's Celebrate Card

Hello Friends! Spring is finally here and the days are getting warmer here in California. Flowers are blooming everywhere and it always inspires me to make paper flowers. This card was created with the beautiful Invite Insert die sets which coordinate with each other and for the flowers I used Hello Sweetie Pie stamp and die set.

Instructions:

1. Create a 5 ½” x 5 ½” card base from silver foil cardstock. Cut 2 smaller layers from orange and metallic white cardstock, adhere layers to card with Funky Tape Runner.

2. Die cut decorative panels from silver foil cardstock with Beautiful Banner, Archway Stripe and Rose Garden Invite Insert Die Sets. Glue decorative panels to left side of card with Funky Glue Pen.

3. Stamp banner with Wedding & Party stamp set, then die cut with coordinating die from Beautiful Banner die set. Glue banner to center of card.

4. Die cut flowers with flower die from Whimsical Frames Hello Sweetie-Pie. Color flowers with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse in Orange Blush, Royal Aubergine and Pink Flambe colors.

5. Die cut leaves with Arboreal Dream die set, color with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse Spring Green. Glue leaves on the right side of card and then glue flowers on top of leaves.

6. Embellish center of flowers and also around flowers with Nuvo Glitter Drops.

Tonic Studios - Enjoy Today Card

Hello friends! Today I have this vintage card to share with you. I absolutely love this die set called Greek Temple Square Layering Die Set from Tonic Studios. I usually color my flowers with distress inks but today I tried Nuvo Embellishment Mousse and I was pretty happy with the shimmer look on the flowers.

Instructions:

1. Create a 6” x 6” card base from natural white cardstock. Die cut 3 decorative frames using Greek Temple Square Layering die set from designer cardstock.

2. Color edges of frame with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse – Cosmic Brown for a vintage look. Layer decorative frames on card using foam tape for dimension.

3. Die cut sentiment with Enjoy Today die from natural white cardstock and then adhere to center of card using Funky Glue Pen.

4. Die cut flowers with Bellus Buttercup die set from natural white cardstock. Color edges of flowers with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse in Cosmic Brown and Bubblegum Blush using a sponge dauber. Shape flowers with Floral Crafters Tool Set. Layer petals with Funky Glue Pen to form flowers and then adhere to card. Embellish center of flowers with Nuvo Crystal Drops.

5. Die cut leaves with Acorn Swirl die from green cardstock. Glue leaves under flowers.

Die cut flower using Entwining Trellis – Plush Peony Die Set – 769E from kraft cardstock, shape flower with Floral Crafters Tool Set – 380-266E.

Create a 6 ¼” square card base from metallic pearl cardstock. Cut 2 slightly smaller square panels from gold and designer cardstock and then adhere to card base.

Die cut 2 Tangled Trellis - Decorative Mini Die Set – 1164E from metallic pearl cardstock, glue to card with Funky Glue Pen – 421E. Die cut Ornate Church – Rococo - 1280E from gold cardstock and then adhere to center of card. Die cut Congratulations – Miniature Moments – 1246E from gold cardstock, glue to card.

Die cut multiple flowers using Entwining Trellis – Plush Peony – 769E. Color flowers with distress inks and then shape with Floral Crafters Tool Set – 380-266E. Hello Friends! Today I have a card to share with you using a beautiful Tonic Studios die called Rococo Christmas Angel Die.

Instructions:

Create a 7” by 7” card base from white cardstock. Emboss next layer using A4 Embossing Folder – Annabel – 519E and color embossed areas with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse – Indian Gold – 802N.

Cut a 5 ½” x 5 ½” square with designer cardstock, mat with white cardstock and then adhere to card base with foam tape.

Die cut 2 borders with Tangled Trellis Decorative Mini Die Set – 1164E from white cardstock, adhere to card using Funky Glue Pen – 421E.

Die cut Angel with Rococo Christmas Angel Die – 83E from gold cardstock, adhere to clear adhesive sheet and white cardstock. Cover exposed sticky area with Nuvo Pure Sheen Glitter – Diamond – 705N. Cut around angel and adhere to card with foam tape.

Die cut flowers with Entwining Trellis – Radiant Roselily Die Set – 770E from white cardstock, color with distress inks and then shape with Floral Crafters Tool Set – 380-266E.

Die cut leaves with Arboreal Dream Die Set – 656E from green cardstock. Glue flowers and leaves to card as pictured. Embellish center of flowers with Nuvo Crystal Drops - Pale Gold – 676N. Make a bow with silk ribbon and attach to card under flower.
