Heartfelt Creations Wednesday - Blooming Dahlia Card

Hello Friends!
Here is another card I created using Heartfelt Creations stamps, papers and dies. The flowers were colored with PanPastels which are really easy to use.

Heartfelt Creations Supplies:

Other Supplies:
Pearl Metallic Carstock, Neenah Papers Natural White, Spellbinders Garden Lattice M-Bossabilities, Pearl Beads, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad, PanPastel Painting Pastels from Scrapbooking Made Simple, Ranger Distress Ink Pads in Peeled Paint and Brushed Corduroy, Adhesive Foam Squares, Ranger Glossy Accents.

Instructions:
Using pearl metallic cardstock, cut a 7” x 7” card base. Cut a 6 ¾” x 6 ¾” layer with Burst of Splendor Paper Collection, emboss with Garden Lattice, color edges and embossed areas with distress ink and adhere to card.
Stamp Blooming Dahlia with black ink onto natural white cardstock. Fussy cut dahlia and color with PanPastel.  Stamp Sun Kissed Fleur flowers, die cut with Sun Kissed Fleur die and color with PanPastel. Shape flowers and layer to form flowers. Embellish flowers with pearl beads using Glossy Accents.  Add one of the flowers to center of dahlia.
Die cut Decorative Blossom Corner die with pearl metallic cardstock and glue to card corner.
Stamp Open Leaf, die cut with Classic Leaf Die and color with distress inks.  Adhere flowers and leaves to card.
