Heartfelt Creations - Plans to Prosper Card

Hello Friends! Welcome to another Wednesday with Heartfelt Creations. Today I have this card to share with you created with the Sunrise Lily collection. I also used Soar on Eagle's Wings stamp set which has some of my favorite bible verses.

Other Products:

Neenah Papers Natural White, Green and Black cardstock, Nuvo Crystal Drops (Apple Green, Bright Gold), Ranger Distress Inks (Peeled Paint, Carved Pumpkin).

Project Instructions:

Create a 6” x 6” card base from natural white cardstock. Cut 2 smaller panels from Sunrise Lily paper collection and adhere to card.

Stamp bible verse from Soar on Eagle’s stamp set on center of card with black ink.

Stamp and die cut lilies with Sunrise Lily stamp set and coordinating die set. Color flowers with distress inks and then shape with Deluxe Flower Shaping kit. Embellish center of flowers and stamens with Nuvo Crystal drops. Adhere flowers to card.

Die cut Fleur Border from white cardstock and then glue under flowers.

Die cut leaves using Cut Mat Create die set from green cardstock and then glue under flowers.

Tonic Studios - Easter Bunny Card

Hello Friends! I had so much fun making this Easter Bunny card using Tonic Studios dies and also their Nuvo products. The flowers were colored with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse and for the center of the flowers I used Nuvo Crystal Drops.

Spellbinders Easter Lattice Floral Basket

Hello friends! Today I have these vintage Easter baskets to share with you created with Spellbinders Lattice Floral Basket die set from my Celebrate the Day Collection. This basket is quite simple to assemble, all the work is in the die. The flower dies and handle are also included in this die set.

Instructions:

1. To create basket base, die cut 2 pieces with Lattice Floral Basket die set from designer cardstock.

2. Apply double sided adhesive tape on tabs and attach both pieces together at the base of basket. You can also use glue.

3. Apply 1/8” wide double sided adhesive tape around right square on 4 sides as pictured below. Fold at scored lines before next step.

4. Overlap left square on top of right square with adhesive tape and press together. Repeat this process with 4 sides to form basket base.

5. Die cut multiple flowers with flower dies included in the set. Color edges with distress inks using foam applicators and Tool ‘N One. Shape flowers with stylus tips and then glue petals together to form flowers.

6. I used 2 petals for the flower and 1 petal for the leaves to form the flower. Embellish center of flowers with Nuvo Crystal Drops.

7. Die cut handle twice and glue together for a stronger handle. Make a bow with silk ribbon and then adhere to center of handle. Adhere smaller flowers to the handle. Attach handle to basket using glue.

8. Glue larger flowers to four sides of basket as pictured below. Fill basket with Easter chocolate eggs and your basket is done.

 9. Fill basket with Easter chocolate eggs and your basket is done.

Tonic Studios - Enjoy Today Card

Hello friends! Today I have this vintage card to share with you. I absolutely love this die set called Greek Temple Square Layering Die Set from Tonic Studios. I usually color my flowers with distress inks but today I tried Nuvo Embellishment Mousse and I was pretty happy with the shimmer look on the flowers. 

Instructions:

1. Create a 6” x 6” card base from natural white cardstock. Die cut 3 decorative frames using Greek Temple Square Layering die set from designer cardstock.

2. Color edges of frame with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse – Cosmic Brown for a vintage look. Layer decorative frames on card using foam tape for dimension.

3. Die cut sentiment with Enjoy Today die from natural white cardstock and then adhere to center of card using Funky Glue Pen.

4. Die cut flowers with Bellus Buttercup die set from natural white cardstock. Color edges of flowers with Nuvo Embellishment Mousse in Cosmic Brown and Bubblegum Blush using a sponge dauber. Shape flowers with Floral Crafters Tool Set. Layer petals with Funky Glue Pen to form flowers and then adhere to card. Embellish center of flowers with Nuvo Crystal Drops.

5. Die cut leaves with Acorn Swirl die from green cardstock. Glue leaves under flowers.

Project Instructions:

Cover panels from Pocket and Flipfold Insert with Monkeying Around paper collection. Fold card accordion style.

Stamp palm trees with Palm Tree and Monkeys cling stamps with dark brown chalk ink onto natural white cardstock. Die cut with coordinating die and then color with distress inks. Adhere palm trees to second and third panels.

Stamp and die cut flowers from Palm Tree and Monkeys cling stamps set, color with distress inks and glue onto card. Stamp monkeys from the same stamp set with brown ink, die cut with coordinating dies and then color with distress inks. Adhere monkeys to second panel.

Stamp larger monkeys from Monkey Antics cling stamps set, die cut with coordinating die. Color with distress inks and adhere to front panel with foam squares.

Cut out Have a Beautiful Day sentiment from paper collection and then adhere to back panel using foam squares. Glue flowers and leaves around sentiment.

Stamp and die cut palm leaves with Monkeying Around cling stamp set. Color with distress ink and glue around sentiment and behind monkey.
