Tonic Studios - On Your Big Day Card

Hello Friends! I had a great time making this card using Nuvo Aqua Flow pens and Nuvo water brush. The colors are bright and blend beautifully with a little water from the water brush. The flowers, leaves and frame were die cut with Tonic’s beautiful dies.

Nuvo Aqua Flow Pens – Water Brushes – 889N
Nuvo Aqua Flow Pens – Summer Holiday – 892N

Tim Holtz Stamp Platform – 1708E

Other Supplies: White cardstock, foam squares, Versamark embossing ink, black ink pad, Ranger Distress Inks, heat gun.

Instructions:

1. Die cut card base using Swirling Frame layering die set from white cardstock.


2. Die cut a smaller piece from watercolor cardstock for the background. Stamp Vine Flourish with Tim Holtz Stamp Platform, Versamark and Nuvo white embossing powder and then heat set.


3. Color background with Nuvo Aqua Flow pens and Nuvo water brushes. Dry with heat gun and adhere to card base with Funky Glue pen.


4. Stamp Henna Tag with Versamark and Nuvo white embossing powder and then heat set. Color with Nuvo Aqua Flow pens and Nuvo water brushes. Stamp sentiment with black ink. Die cut Henna tag with oval die and adhere to center of card using foam squares.


5. Die cut flowers and leaves using Beautiful Blooms Woodland Aster die set from white cardstock. Color with distress inks, shape with Floral Crafters tool set and then adhere to card as pictured. Embellish center of flowers with Nuvo Crystal Drops.

Heartfelt Creations - Let's Celebrate Card

Hello Friends! Welcome to another Wednesday with Heartfelt Creations. Today I have this card to share with you created with the beautiful Classic Petunia Collection.








Products Used:


Other Products: Neenah Papers White and Green cardstock, Rangers Distress Mini Pads (Forest Moss, Mowed Lawn), white Foamiran, hot glue gun, Scrapbook Adhesive tape runner.

Project Instructions:

Trim a piece of white cardstock to 6 1/2” x  9”, fold in half to create  6 ½” x 4 ½” card base. Cover card base with Classic Petunia paper collection.
Cut a front card panel from paper collection, mat with green cardstock and then adhere to card base.
Stamp multiple Petunia flowers and leaves onto white Foamiran with chalk ink. Die cut with coordinating Petunia dies. Color flowers with chalk inks and dauber. Shape flowers with Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, layer petals and glue on card as pictured.  Embellish center of flowers with Prills.
Die cut vines from the Cut Mat Create die set using green cardstock and then glue under flowers.

Spellbinders - Flower Tile Card

Hello Friends! Today I would like to show you how to make this card using Spellbinders Flower Tile Die from my Celebrate the Day Collection. I also used Spellbinders Windows of Memories die set to make the flowers. This card is very simple to make, the die cuts all the pieces for you! 












Instructions:

1. Create a 6 ½” x 6 ½” card base from beige cardstock. Cover card front with designer cardstock.

2. Die cut 4 flower tiles with Spellbinders Flower Tile die from double sided designer cardstock. Use 4 different coordinating colors.



3. Adhere 4 tiles to a 6” x 6” piece of designer cardstock.




4. Glue squares to tiles, interchanging colors and using both sides of the designer cardstock. Mat panel with beige cardstock and then adhere to card front with foam squares.



5. Die cut multiple flowers and leaves with Spellbinders Windows of Memories flower dies from Floral Oriental cardstock. This paper from Crafters Corner - Dress My Craft is very pliable and it works great for making flowers, I also love their Groove Golf Tool Set for shaping flowers and their Sparkling Dust to embellish flowers. See supply list below. 



6. Color flowers with Archival Magenta Hue ink and leaves with Fern Green ink using Tool N’ One foam applicators.

7. Spray flowers and leaves with water to dampen the paper. Shape flowers with Groove Golf Tool Set and then heat dry. 



8. Embellish flowers with Sparkling Dust using Multi Medium Matte glue. Glue flower stamens to center of flowers with hot glue gun.



9. Glue bow, flowers and leaves to card with hot glue gun.

Project Instructions:


Trim a piece of kraft cardstock to 6” x  12”, fold in half to create  6” x 6” card base. Using Classic Petunia Paper Collection, trim 5 squares measuring  6”, 5 ½”, 5”, 4 ½” and 4”. Distress edges and adhere layers to card using foam squares.
Stamp multiple Petunia flowers and leaves onto white paper with distress ink. Die cut with coordinating Petunia dies. Color flowers with distress inks. Shape flowers with Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit, layer petals and glue on card as pictured.  Embellish center of flowers with stamens and micro beads.
Die cut vines from the Cut Mat Create die set using green cardstock and then glue under flowers. Embellish flowers and leaves with glitter.

Heartfelt Creations - Tropical Paradise Frame Card

Hello Friends! Welcome to another Wednesday with Heartfelt Creations. Today I have this fun card to share with you, it is really easy to make and I hope you are inspired to make one too.






Products Used:


Other Products: Neenah Papers Solar White cardstock, Spellbinders Windows of Memories Die Set, Ranger Distress Inks (Wild Honey, Peeled Paint, Mowed Lawn, Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet), Nuvo Crystal Drops in Apple Green, Nuvo Glitter Accents in Fresh Snowfall, Ribbon

Project Instructions:

Create a 6” x 6” card base from white cardstock. Cover card front with Tropical Paradise Paper Collection.
Die cut frame with Spellbinders Windows of Memories die set from Tropical Paradise paper. Adhere frame to card front.


Die cut birds, flamencos and flowers from paper collection using Windows of Memories frame die. Glue pieces to card front frame.
Stamp multiple flowers with Tropical Plumeria stamp set on white cardstock with pink ink pad and then die cut with coordinating die. Color with distress inks and then shape with Deluxe Flower Shaping kit. Stamp and die cut multiple leaves, color with distress inks and then shape.
Adhere bow, flowers and leaves to card as pictured. Embellish flowers with Nuvo Crystal drops. Using a brush, apply Nuvo Glitter Accents on flowers and leaves for a shimmery effect.
