Heartfelt Creations - Spread Your Wings and Fly

Today I have a Side Step card to share with you using Heartfelt Creations Classic Sunflower Collection. I love this collection, having the papers, stamps and dies coordinate with each other makes it really easy to create a great card.

Neenah Paper Cardstock Natural White and Desert Storm, Memento Rich Cocoa Ink Pad, Ranger Distress Ink Mini Pads, Hot Glue Gun, Stampendous Bronze Crushed Glass Glitter, Ranger Glossy Accents, Foam Squares.

Project Instructions:

For instructions on how to make the Side Step Card base go HERE.

Using kraft cardstock cut and score card base following instructions. Cover front side and side steps with Classic Sunflower Paper Collection.

Cut out large tag and image squares from Classic Sunflowers Paper Collection, mat with kraft cardstock and adhere to card front and side steps using foam squares.

Die cut small and large vines using Cut Mat Create dies and green cardstock. Die cut swirls with Arianna Lace die. Color edges with Distress ink.

For the flowers, stamp Classic Sunflower on natural white cardstock with brown ink and die cut with Classic Sunflower Die. Color flowers with Distress inks, shape the petals and layer to form sunflowers.  Embellish center of flowers with glass glitter and Glossy Accents.  Adhere vines, leaves and flowers to card using foam squares.

Instructions:

The card size for this project is 7” x 5”. Using pearl metallic cardstock make a Side Step Card following instructions HERE. Cover panels with Floral Key Paper collection.

Die cut second largest Labels 4 with pearl metallic cardstock and adhere to card using foam squares. Stamp floral frame from A Prayer for the Day PreCut set on natural white cardstock with Versamark and copper embossing powder, heat set.  Color with Copic Markers, die cut with coordinating Labels 4 and adhere to card using foam squares.

Stamp Burnished Key Hole with Versamark and copper embossing powder, heat set. Color with distress inks, fussy cut and adhere to back step of the card.

Stamp Burnished Key and die cut with Burnished Key Die. Color 3 keys and small frame and adhere to second step of the card.   

Stamp Vintage Floret flowers and leaves on natural white cardstock with black ink, die cut with coordinating Vintage Floret die, color with distress ink and 3D Stamp Paint. Shape flowers and leaves, glue petals together, embellish with bronze pearl in the center of flowers and arrange on card using foam squares.

Stamp Open Leaf on natural white cardstock with black ink, die cut with coordinating Classic Leaf Die. Color with distress ink, shape and adhere to card under flowers.

JustRite Papercraft July Release - Holiday Cheer Card

Hello Friends!
I'm so excited to show you the new JustRite Papercraft July Release this week!! You are going to love every single rubber stamp set in this collection, they are just gorgeous!!
For my card I used the new Noel Christmas Ornaments, this set has 34 clear stamps, perfect for all your Christmas cards and tags. This set also coordinates with the Heirloom Ornament die sets by Spellbinders.

For my Side Step card I also used Merry and Bright and Deck the Halls cling rubber stamp sets.

    

For the background I used Elegant Fronds and Shabby Music Background Stamps.

     

After stamping all the ornaments I colored them with Copic markers and then die cut them with the coordinating dies from 2010 Heirloom Ornament, 2011 Heirloom Ornament and 2012 Heirloom Ornament by Spellbinders.

The poinsettias were die cut with Layered Poinsettia by Spellbinders. I layered the petals and embellished the flowers with a pearl in the center. I stamped the sentiment Holiday Cheer in brown ink and then die cut it using JustRite Custom Dies Nested Sentiment. I made the green bow using silk ribbon from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store, they have a great supply of beautiful ribbons.

Just Thinking About You - Side Step Card

Hello Friends!
Today, I would like to share this card I created using Heartfelt Creations rubber stamps and coordinating Spellbinders dies. The tea cups and flowers are from the new May Release, these beautiful new sets are part of the new Old English Garden Collection.

Instructions:

Size of finished card  6” x 8”.

1. Make Side Step Card base with Brown Metallic Cardstock (instructions for Side Step Cards can be found on Split Coast Stampers).  Cover each section with Designer Paper. 

2. Stamp tea cups from the China Fragments set on Natural White Cardstock with Memento Ink. Die cut tea cups with coordinating dies from the Nested Tea Cups set.  Color with Copic Markers and sponge lightly with distress ink.

3. Stamp flowers from the Tattered Blossoms set on Designer Paper. Die cut flowers with coordinating dies from the Tattered Blossoms Die set. Shape flowers and layer with foam squares.

4. Stamp leaves from the Distress Leaves set on Designer Paper. Die cut with coordinating die from the  Nested Leaves set.

5. Stamp sentiment from the Heartfelt Expressions set on Natural White Cardstock and die cut with Labels Four Nestabilities. Stamp small flower spray from the Tattered Blossom Swirls set and color with Copic markers. Die cut brown label and adhere to back of sentiment to create mat.

6. Arrange finished sentiment, flowers, leaves and tea cups on card base as shown.  Embellish with pearls and a silk bow.
