Welcome to another Heartfelt Creations Wednesday! For my card today I decided to use the flying mallards from the Waters Edge PreCut Set, which is one of the sets in the beautiful Balmy Breeze Collection.
Spellbinders Timeless Rectangle Dies, Pearl Metallic Cardstock, Neenah Paper Natural White Cardstock, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad, Color Box Chestnut Roan Chalk Ink Pad, Pearls, String Beads, Copic Makers, Rangers Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink Pad, Foam Squares.
Cut metallic cardstock to 6 ½” x 9” and fold in half to make a 6 ½” x 4 ½” card base. Cut next layer to 6 ¼” x 4 ¼” using Balmy Breeze Paper Collection, adhere to card base.
Die cut Spellbinders Timeless Rectangles using metallic cardstock. Cut layer for larger rectangle to 4 7/8” x 3 ¼” using Balmy Breeze paper, adhere to larger rectangle and then onto card.
Stamp flying mallards on natural white cardstock with black ink, color with Copic markers and distress inks. Cut image to 2 ¼” x 3 ½” and adhere to smaller die cut rectangle and then onto card using foam squares.
Stamp flowers and leaves on Balmy Breeze paper using brown chalk ink pad. Die cut with coordinating dies, shape using tool kit and molding mat. Layer flowers and embellish with pearls and string beads. Adhere flowers and leaves to card using foam squares.
