How to create Sweet Magnolias:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qw_cDBvLaE
Instructions:
Create a top
fold card base measuring 6” x 6” with white cardstock. Die cut shaped card base
with largest hexagon die from the Simple Center Piece Die set. Using same die,
cut 2 pieces with Sweet Magnolia paper collection and cover front and center of
card base.
Using
metallic white cardstock, die cut both decorative pieces from Elegant Hearts
Centerpiece die set. Adhere larger piece to card base front. Die cut smaller
hexagon from die set using paper collection and also white cardstock, glue
together and then glue decorative piece on top. Adhere to center of card using
foam squares. Die cut the Love letters from paper collection and white
cardstock, glue together and adhere to center of card.
Stamp
multiple flowers using Sweet Magnolia Blooms cling stamps on flower shaping
paper with Rose Madder archival ink die and then die cut with coordinating die.
Color flowers with Sea Grass and Rose Madder archival inks and daubers. Shape
flowers with Magnolia shaping mold and then embellish with small stamens
glitter.
Stamp leaves
using Leafy Accents cling stamps and Sea Grass archival ink onto flower shaping
paper. Die cut with coordinating die set and then color leaves using more Sea
Grass ink and dauber. Shape leaves with shaping mold.
Adhere
flowers and leaves to card using hot glue gun. Embellish flowers and leaves
with Stickles.
Thanks for visiting! Hugs,
Marisa
Absolutely gorgeous card my friend! I love the beautiful colors.
ReplyDeleteI don’t usually care for hexagon shapes but this is out of this world beautiful.
