JustRite Papercraft October Release - Holiday Cheer Card

Hello Friends!
Today is day two of the October Release for JustRite Papercraft and the beautiful stamp set we are showcasing is Holiday Cheer Ornaments. This is a set of 8 cling stamps and they coordinate with Spellbinders 2010, 2011, 2012 Heirloom Ornaments.

For my card I stamped the pretty ornament from Holiday Cheer Ornaments set and die cut it with the coordinating die from the 2010 Heirloom Ornaments set. For the background I used Lace Background Stamp and colored it with Copic markers. For the medallion behind the ornament I used Lace Medallion Labels and coordinating Nested Medallion Labels Dies.
For the flowers I used Layered Poinsettia by Spellbinders and the pearls in the center are from Want2Scrap

Other: Red, Black, Green, Natural White Cardstock by Neenah Papers, Want2Scrap Pearls, Distress Inks by Rangers, Copic Markers, Foam Squares by Scrapbook Adhesives.

One of our Design Team Members Darsie Bruno was awakened Tuesday morning by neighbors yelling that the duplex she lived in was on fire. The fire ignited in the other tenant's side of the duplex. Her craft room and many of her belongings were destroyed.

  1. This card is so beautiful. I love the way you colored the lace and your poinsettias are beautiful.

    I don't know Darcie personally, but I do visit her blog every day. It's so hard to be cheerful today, thinking about what she's going through.

  2. I just now realized you are doing the background coloring as well as the die cuts! The total card-flowers & all is awesome! You've colored it in so well it looks like designer paper!
